As soon as you see the Booking Complete page, provided you have followed the steps correctly, you are entitled to the promised reward.

You must immediately:

1. Make a note of the booking confirmation number and take a photo for safety - this is proof that the group has tickets.

2. Inform one of the Ticket Buying Squad managers.

3. Restart the process and continue trying for other groups.
