You will then reach the ‘holding’ page. This is where you will spend the majority of your time attempting to access the booking site. Each time someone tries to access the booking page, and fails, they are redirected to this holding page, from where they can try again and again.
A countdown timer in the text body of the site automatically counts down from 20. As soon as the holding page loads and you see the timer count from ‘20’ to ‘19’, click Refresh to try and access the booking page again. This will probably be every 1-2 seconds, but do not click Refresh until you see the page load - in case the next page to load is the booking page.
